This is about this website, mybitbuddy.nl. If you become a customer, you get a privacy statement and a processing agreement for the service itself first.

What this website does not do

• It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
• No analytics or tracking runs on it, not even our own.
• The pages load nothing from other websites: no fonts, videos or social media buttons.
• There is no form. The demos on the page run in your own browser and send nothing.

What happens when you visit

The pages are stored in Microsoft Azure in Western Europe and delivered by Bunny, a European network for fast websites, from servers in the European Union only. To deliver a page, Bunny sees your IP address. Request logging at Bunny is switched off; we keep no visitor figures for this website.

If you sign up for the pilot

The button “Join the pilot” opens an email in your own mail program. If you send it, we use your name, your email address and what you write to answer you and to let you know when you can start. We keep your email as long as that takes, or longer where the law requires it for our business records.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it, except with the suppliers that make the website and email work. They process it only on our instructions.

Your rights

You may ask which data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You may also object. Mailinfo@soulbit.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
